My name is Victor Ogunlusi, I am the Team Lead of the Backend Field Operations Team in the Enterprise Systems Engineering Unit at Babban Gona. I have been in Babban Gona for about 3 years and I have been evolving towards the best version of myself.
My experience so far at Babban Gona has been a series of fast-paced work with highly intelligent individuals and fully committed teams, which has triggered a positive transformation as a developer and as a leader.
Babban Gona provides staff the opportunity to fully own projects and the flexibility to execute solutions in the best way possible, factoring in real-world limitations. There is no shortage of responsibility. I began my career path at Babban Gona with android mobile development in the Dev core team and then transitioned into the backend team to tackle even more challenges.
